SAS-70 Type II Audit Available
DirectorsLink is hosted in a SAS 70 Type II certified managed hosting facility. A SAS 70 Type II audit is completed annually in accordance with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70. A copy of the most recent audit is available upon request. However, the successful completion of the Type II SAS 70 audit is only part of our continued commitment to maintaining a high level of internal control and adherence to the latest operational and data security standards.
